Line of Business

The formal object of w2on Internet AG is the establishment of businesses and the purchase and sale of corporate shares. Further on, the Internet AG w2on in demand management functions and services (eg, portal manage­ment, web development, web design and online marketing) for the companies in which it participates.

Shareholder Structure

The w2on Internet AG was founded by André Witting and René Wendler and the two founders also bare the responsibility as board members of all activities of the company. The structure of w2on Internet AG is based on its own resources, whereby dependence on short-term investor interests may be excluded. Starting in 2012 selected employees will become shareholders through stock options.

Management

The two founders and shareholders are also as the executive board of w2on Internet AG monitored by the Supervisory Board according to the guidelines of the German Stock Corporation Act. The Supervisory Board also has to meet auditing and reporting requirements. The Supervisory Board of w2on Internet AG is occupied by Dr. Daniel Markgraf (Chairman), Danny Bunzel and Ronny Lippmann.

Locations

The main office of w2on Internet AG is in Berlin, the Europe's new web-capital. Here is a melting pot of creative and technological skills and where you will find the resources to implement successful web-based business models. Additional locations are in Dresden and Leipzig, which are only about a 90-minute drive from Berlin.
