We Support Startups

The w2on Internet AG is devoted to B2B and B2C online startups capable of growth. Starting in 2002, our team has accompanied startups from all industries has been able to gain valuable know-how. The team of founders is decisive for investments, therefore we look for founders with person­alities which can turn a concept into a successful enterprise with a 24/7 mentality. In terms of content, we are preferentially involved in the B2B sector in projects that offer additional value to founders and entrepreneurs. In the B2C sector, we invest in online startups with a focus on sales.

We Offer Seed Capital

Our goal is at an early stage to team up as a co-partner with a promising startup in order to successfully and for the long-run help it grow. Our aim is not to exit quickly. The amount of risk capital depends on what sort of development potential the company has after 5 years. The annual net profit should be at least around 10 times that of the initial capital. We invest in three dimensions. If the team of founders is positioned strategically and operationally very good, but it lacks the necessary capital, we normally join in with an investment of 20 %. If the team of founders is operationally very well prepared, but there is a need for capital and strategic support, we usually join in with an investment of 30 %. If the team of founders has a need for capital as well as strategic and operational support, and therefore uses resources from w2on Internet AG, we usually join in with an invest­ment of 40 %.

We Offer Resources

Start-up capital is important, but it is not everything; money does not necessarily allow one to implement business ideas. Since each startup has more or less shortcomings in various areas, we offer support, for example, in establishing a conceptual and strategic direction, in web development and web design, with funding, and in online marketing. Moreover, we offer affordable facilities and back-office structures and assist in the recruitment and selection of personnel.
